The management of the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Rumuolumeni, Rivers State, has dismissed rumours that the institution will be shutdown.
The public relations officer of the institution, Mrs. Ngozi Okiridu, in a statement pointed out that the school has 100% accreditation for 21 courses and did not authorize such publication.
She noted that the Governor of the State, Chief Nyesom Wike, while minister for Education attracted projects to the institution and enjoined the public to disregard such publication.
