Some residents in Port Harcourt have  frowned at the Federal Government’s planned policy to limit the number of children that a mother could have in Nigeria.
The Minister of Finance, Zainab Ahmed last week said the Federal Government was planning a birth control policy to check the prevalent poverty and unemployment in the Country.
The residents while speaking to newsmen said it is wrong to limit the number of children for a family.
They advised the Federal Government to look for more productive ways of improving the economy of the country rather than engaging in birth control.
