Another “washeee” from Mr. Project

This morning, 08/08/18, the Rivers state government lying through her commissioner for Education, Tamunosisi Gogo Jaja, concocted yet another hogwash to insult the already battered and bruised sensibility of the good people Rivers state.

This time, they promised to employ ten thousand teaching and four thousand non teaching staff in the state, to resume next academic session, September.

Recall also, that sometime last year, when the joint health sector union went on strike, in a bid to coerce them to call off the strike, the wike government deceived Rivers people with employment advertorials in the health sector, and because that sector needs adequate manpower, Rivers people fell for his tricks and applied for that non existing job en mass.

Rivers people used their scarce resources to photocopy their documents and paid transport to state secretariat to submit their application letters.
Ofcourse that was a clear case of deceit from the government. The aim of the govt was to threaten the health workers to call off their strike. And it worked. Because no sooner had people started submitting applications, the health workers called off their strike for fear of losing their jobs to new employees.

This teacher recruitment is even a bigger scam. Because there is no way the government can conduct a very transparent interview process for teachers from now till september. We all saw the transparent and rigorous process adopted by HE, CHIBUIKE ROTIMI AMAECHI, to select the over thirteen thousand teachers he employed as a governor.

THE WORLD SHOULD NOTE THE FOLLOWINGS;

1. Wike, just like fayose, is only coming up with this job scam because of next year election
2. Its not possible to carry out a transparent process to employ teachers from now to september as they claim
3. The former governor, HE, ROTIMI AMAECHI employed persons into the educational sector. If this government wants to employ for real, it should look at the health sector that seriously needs more hands.
4. That this whole thing is to downplay the gains achieved by HE, ROTIMI AMAECHI in the educational sector

5.That instead of playing to the gallery, wike should motivate existing teachers in the state by paying their backlog of salaries and promotion arrears.
