Information at the disposal of Africa Update indicates that the former Commissioner for Health in Rivers State, Dr. Sampson Parker, is set to join the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
Our source disclosed that Parker will officially announce his defection to PDP on Tuesday, August 25. This is coming less than 24 hours after Chidi Lloyd, a stalwart of the All Progressives Congress, APC, decamped to PDP. There are reports that Parker had decamped from the Green party to PDP.
