Late last week, the first indications came that the Samsung Galaxy S 10 could end up for receiving the Android update 10 (One UI 2.0) much earlier than expected. According to official brand plans, the high end should only be updated at the beginning of 2020.
However, several users in Germany have confirmed that they are already receiving the update for the new version of Android. Although the former were only members participating in the brand testing program, since then the rest of the users have also started receiving the desired update.
Germany is not the only European country where the Galaxy S 10 is receiving Android 10
Whereas officially Android 10 was expected on the Samsung Galaxy S 10 only during the beginning of next year, was the possibility that the German market was serving as a “test” for the release of the stable version.
However, today came the first confirmation that the update is already reaching users in the UK as well. For now, it appears that it is only being made available to users who are part of the One UI 2.0 testing program. But this is exactly the same as that which happened in Germany.
So it is expected that during this week the rest of the UK users will also get the stable Android update 10 for your Galaxy S 10.
Considering that the update is already being launched in two separate markets, it is believed that the remaining European countries will eventually receive the update before the end of the year.
We can only wait to see if Samsung will release the Android update 10 for your remaining smartphones.
