Relatives of a First class graduate of Marine Engineering, Â Mfoniso Umoh, who was killed by a stray bullet along Peter Odili Road in Rivers State, are calling for justice.
The victim who was in the state for the mandatory NYSC, died when unknown gunmen stormed a pub killing policemen  and several others on Monday, 8th of January,  2018.
According to reports,  Umoh, graduated from the Arab Academy of Maritime Transport, in March, 2017 and  was a hound man with a very bright future.
Though his funeral has been fixed for Saturday 13th January, 2018 at no. 110 Abiakpo Road, Itak Ikot Udo, Ikot Ekpene, relatives have accused the Rivers State Government and NYSC of not reacting to the sad incident.
