Pastor Victor Kanayo of the Redeemed Christian Church of God , has been murdered in Offin, Igbogbo area of Ikorodu in Lagos state on Sunday, November 26th.
According to a statement released by the spokesperson of the Lagos state police command , Chike Oti, the command has dispatched a team of crack detectives and a couple of arrests have been made and suspects are being questioned with a view to unravel those behind the heinous crime.
Oti added that the state Commissioner of Police, Imohimi Edgal, has also ordered an investigation into the pastor’s past following the discovery of a human skull tattoo on his left arm which suggests that the victim may have been a member of any of the dreaded cult groups.
