An Orile Agege Customary Court in Lagos presided over by Dr Kayode Whenu, on Thursday adjourned the request for dissolution of marriage filed by Mr. Sunday Oladipupo to May 10, for further hearing.
The 40 year old driver, who resides at 7, Nmbosi Avenue, AIT Road. Alakuko, Lagos had approached the court seeking divorce from Bukola the mother of his two children ,(four and nine years) whom he allegedly caught naked in bed with the man she had introduced as her brother.
He said that his wife left his house since September 2015 with his children, and was pregnant then, but what has fueled his anger most is the alleged call he reciebed from her boyfriend notifying him that he was not the father of their two children.
He urged the Court to dissolve the marriage to prevent a situation where he would be forced to kill her and himself.
Bukola did not object to the dissolution but denied all allegations against her.
