Tonye Cole still in self isolation after contact with coronavirus patient

The former Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Rivers State, Tonye Cole, is doing great in self-isolation, 7 days after being on the same flight with someone who tested positive for the coronavirus.

Cole wrote via twitter that self isolation is really not as tough as people assume and encouraged those with isolation issues to reach out to him for help.

His tweet reads:

Tonye P Cole (@TonyeCole1) tweeted at 3:37 PM on Wed, Mar 25, 2020:
If you find #selfisolation is really tough and you need help, know that it is #oktogethelp. We run an NGO called Behavioral Health Institute @Gethelpbhi #gethelpbhi so reach out and we will do what we can to help.
