Last Friday, angry youths from Amaisri Community in Ebonyi State, buried a suspected armed robber, Chukwudi Omaka , for allegedly robbing and killing a businessman, Idam Ogbonnia.
Sources disclosed that he was beaten and buried alive. A tree was planted on the grave in accordance with the customs of the community.

Police yesterday, paraded three other suspects reportedly responsible for the murder of Ogbonnia. The suspects are: Gideon Omaka, Chukwudi Omaka’s brother and Idam Nwabueze Amadi.
The state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Dr. Jude Madu, Confirmed the incident to newsmen.
