Police has recovered the bodies of two labourers from a ship at Chittagong port.
Atik, 52, and Khorshed, 50 were found death at MV Latika Naree Tuesday morning.
Confirming the matter, Bondor police station Sub-Inspector Rabiul Islam said: “The ship had arrived from Africa with logs yesterday [Monday].
“We are still not sure about how they died. They might have slipped from the stairs in the ship and died while working late at night.”
When asked about injury marks, He told the Dhaka Tribune: “We noticed injury mark on head of one of the workers.
The bodies have been kept at police station.”
