The Premier League club Crystal Palace ,on its website on Monday, disclosed that Strikers Marouane Chamakh and Emmanuel Adebayor and defenders Brede Hangeland and Adrian Mariappa will not be given new deals.
The Morocco international , Chamakh had failed to nail down a starting spot during his two years at Selhurst Park and injuries restricted him to just 66 appearances.
Adebayor joined Palace on a short-term deal in January but netted just once in his 15 appearances for the club.
Long-serving defender Paddy McCarthy, who made 151 appearances since arriving in 2008 was also sacked..
Staying for another season, however, are goalkeeper Julian Speroni and defender Damien Delaney who both signed one-year contract extensions.
