Onyeka Onwenu’s successor at National Centre for Women Development. dies @ 57 in car crash

The Acting Director-General, National Centre for Women Development, NCWD Abuja, Abdulmalik Dauda, is dead.
Mohammed Aliyu, protocol officer to the D-G, confirmed the news to NAN, saying Dauda died in an accident which occurred along Abuja-Kaduna expressway on Friday.
He said the deceased was returning from an official assignment.
Dauda took over from Onyeka Onwenu on February 16, 2016, following the removal of 26 heads of government agencies and parastatals.
Born on August 27, 1959, in Niger state, Dauda was survived by two wives ‎and five children.
He further disclosed that the remains of Dauda ‎had been buried according to Islamic rites in his home town in Niger.
