Abuja, Nigeria — Dr. Chikamkpa Amaechi, the eldest son of former Minister of Transportation Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, married his fiancée in a lavish traditional ceremony at the A-Class Event Centre in Maitama, Abuja, on Saturday, September 20, 2025. The event was attended by a host of dignitaries from within and outside Nigeria.
The marriage ceremony brought together prominent political figures and associates of the former Rivers State governor. Among the guests were former Sokoto State Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, Hon. Asita Honourable, and Senator Uche Ekwunife. Other notable attendees included Arc. Tonye Cole, the 2023 Rivers State Governorship Candidate.
