Members of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Rivers State will know the fate of their party on June 8, 2020, when Judgement in the case filled by one Dele Moses, 9 others against the All Progressives Congress and its National Chairman Adams Oshiomhole, over conduct of Congresses in the state, will be delivered.
The plaintiffs Dele Moses and 9 others had approached the Court to request for the interpretation of the judgment of Chiwendu Nworgu, and declare them the authentic members of the party to conduct primaries to occupy various offices of the party at the wards, local Government and state levels.
They also requested that they should not be charged for such nomination forms to occupy these positions.
After extensive presentation of their arguments on points of law through the Originating summons and written addresses, by Counsel to the plaintiffs, Henry Bello, and Counsel to the APC and its National Chairman, Tunduru Ede, Justice Omereji adjourned the matter .
