An Electrical Engineering student of the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT), Nzete Ogochukwu Patrick, is dead. According to reports, the 500-level student died after he was hit by a stray bullet in Ogume town in Ndokwa West local government area on Sunday, August 16.
Eyewitnesses narrated that Nzete was on his way home from church when he got hit by a stray bullet following renewed hostilities in a communal clash. Close friends and family members are calling on relevant authorities to apprehend those behind his untimely death, and have gone to social media mourn his death.
