The Vice chancellor of the Rivers state University of Science and Technology(RSUST) Prof.Blessing Chimezie Didia has disclosed that the Rivers state government has no intentions of relocating the institution to the proposed site at the Greater Port harcourt, igwuruta Rivers state.
He said the decision by the Amaechi led government to relocate the institution from its present location at the Nkpolu oroworokwu community has been overruled by Chief Nyesom Wike ‘s led administration.
he made the declaration at the investiture and reception ceremony in honor of people from Nkpolu oroworokwu community, where he assured that the university will remain at its present location.
