Rivers State Govt names road after Chief Ferdinand Alabaraba

The recently reconstructed Tombia Crescent, in GRA Phase 2, Rivers State, has been renamed Chief Ferdinand Alabaraba, after an elder Statesman, whose contributions towards the development of the state, transcend several decades.

This road, which is located in a reserved part of the State, was commissioned on Wednesday, March 3, by Former Governor of Katsina State, Ibrahim Shehu Shema. The Opobo Crescent in GRA Phase 2, was also commissioned by the former Governor. The gesture made by Governor Nyesom Wike, to immortalize Chief Alabaraba, has generated encomiums from all and sundry.
