A statement signed by the Chairman of the Publicity Committee of the State Campaign Council, Hon. Ogbonna Nwuke, reads: Bro.Felix Obuah the D.G.of the Consolidation of the New Rivers Vision Campaign Council, invites the good People of Rivers State to the official Unveiling ceremony of Sir Siminalayi Fubara the standard bearer of the Peoples Democratic Party Rivers State Chapter.
