The Rivers State Police says it will prosecute all electoral offenders, especially those caught with electoral materials and card readers.
The Police PR, Nnamdi Omoni told newsmen that the command has made some arrests and recovered PVCs from hoodlums.
He said they will compile a comprehensive report on what happened in each local government area and prosecute those indicted.
