Indications have emerged that the Rivers State House of Assembly will screen nominees forwarded by Governor Nyesom Wike, to fill up vacant portfolios in the state executive council.
According to reports, those penciled down include Dr. Fred Kpakol, Prof. Roseline Konya, and Mrs. Tonye Briggs-Oniyide and two others.
