The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Rivers State has advised candidates contesting in the 2019 general elections in the state to forward all claims and objections to the commission’s headquarters for ratification.
Resident Electoral commissioner, INEC, Rivers state, Obo Efanga in a statement signed by the commission’s head of voters education and publicity, Edwin Enabor said INEC will not correct or address any omission in Port Harcourt except it is done from Abuja.
