The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, says it will present Certificate of Return to the Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Nyesom Wike, winner of the March 9, 2019,Rivers State Governorship election.
The presentation according to INEC, will hold today, April 16, 2019 at the INEC office in the State.

Candidates who won the Parliamentary elections will also receive their certificate of return alongside Wike.
