A civilian fighter has rescued one of the missing Chibok school girls. According to our source, Amina Ali was found on Tuesday, in the Sambisa forest, close to the border with Cameroon.
Boko Haram militants had taken away 276 girls from their Secondary school in North Eastern part of Nigeria, over two years ago.
This is the first rescue since the girls were abducted in dary school in north-east Nigeria by the Islamist fighters in April 2014.
Amina was rescued along with her baby (conceived in captivity) and a suspected Boko Haram member, Mohammed Hayatu, who claimed to be her husband.
