Julius Berger Staff who fell from scaffold cries for help

A human rights lawyer, O.C Higher King, and Rivers State Chairman, Civil Society Organisations, Enefaa Georgewill, are demanding for the provision of immediate medical care for Sopriala Omubo, a staff of Julius Berger, who allegedly fell from a scaffold while working on a flyover in the State.

Africa Update was informed that Omubo sustained injuries while working at the GRA flyover site on May 14, 2021. Omubo, who spoke in an emotional tone told journalists that he is yet to get any form of treatment or compensation from the company.
