About four people have been killed and scores injured at a Hausa/fulani settlement, around the Abraka market in Asaba, Delta State on Friday at about 10 pm.
Africa Update gathered that the gunmen had shot sporadically and there bomb into the mosque around an area called cable point.
Before the arrival of soldiers and policemen, efforts of a Hausa man had averted calamity, as he picked and threw the bomb into the river before it could explode.
Security operatives had taken the injured to the hospital while the deceased were deposited at the mortuary.
