Three Chief Superintendent of Police, Usman Ocheneka Yakubu,  Zakari Shuaibu and Amanyi Christopher, who were recently promoted to Assistant Commissioner of Police, have been decorated by the Rivers State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Eboka Friday.
Performing the ceremony at the Police Officers’ Mess on behalf of the Inspector General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba, CP Friday, called on the officers and four others, who were promoted from the rank of Superintendent of Police to the rank of Chief Superintendent of Police, to justify their elevations by rededicating themselves to greater service.
The Commissioner expressed gladness over their promotion and thanked the Inspector General of Police and the Police Service Commission for finding the officers worthy.
