A High Court sitting in Port Harcourt the Rivers State capital, has adjourned hearing on the suit brought against the member representing Degema-Bonny Federal Constituency Farah Dagogo .
Recall that Dagogo was arrested on two count charge of conspiracy and cultism slammed by the Rivers State Government. Trial Judge, Justice Chinwendu Nworgu who had earlier granted bail to Dagago, adjourned to 17th of February 2023 for further hearing.
Africa Update gathered that a very important witness was absent in Court, when the matter was mentioned. This was confirmed to the court by the prosecution Counsel.
