For beginners, yoga is useful since it covers all the aspects of an ailment a person suffers from. Moreover yoga helps to alleviate or control anxiety, arthritis, asthma, back pain, blood pressure, chronic fatigue, and depression.

Sitting whole day in office in front of computer can lead to severe fatigue, pain in joints and neck. Such causes can be reduced to a significant extent through yoga. Stretching your hands and legs by lying down on your back for a while can help reduce the pain and the stress to maximum possible extent.

Yoga techniques

There are several techniques in vogue and the notable ones are the breathing technique, stretching oneself for utmost relaxation and laughter therapy.

Relaxing technique is simple and the most common form among all the techniques. One has to simply lie down flat on the back with arms stretched out and relaxed by the side with palms up. Close the eyes and take a deep breath for few minutes. Repeat this procedure for a while and thereafter tighten and release the muscles from head to toe for couple of seconds to feel the effect.

Another technique is to take deep breath in order to destress the fatigue from the body and relax the mind. Repeating this procedure will give wonderful results and it relaxes the body and mind to a great extent.

People around the world want health and happiness in their lives.  But instead they are severely stressed, feel depressed, spend sleepless nights and have more unwanted thoughts. But such problems can be best solved through laughter therapy, a form of yoga which brings joy and happiness within matter of seconds.
