Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara has approved the appointment of Heads of three crucial government establishments barely 24hours after the Supreme Court validated his election as Governor of the State.
This information is contained in a Government Special Announcement signed by the Secretary to State Government, Dr. Tammy Wenike Danagogo.

His Excellency, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, GSSRS, Governor of Rivers State, has approved the following appointments:
- Mr. Goodlife Ben – Acting Chairman, Local Government Service Commission, (LGSC).
- TPL. Tonte Davies – Acting Administrator, New Cities Development Authority, (NCDA).
- Engr. Dr. Mrs. Ine Briggs – Acting Director General, Bureau on Public Procurement, (BPP).
The appointments take immediate effect.
