The people of port harcourt were thrown into pandemonium as Gunmen sporadically shot at unsuspecting civilians during a Peaceful protest at G.R.A junction.
Africa Update gathered that the incident took place while some individuals were protesting for the removal of the INEC REC, Obo Effanga around 11 am today.
As at the time of this report unknown scores of civilians and journalists were caught in the crossfire, sustaining various injuries but no confirmed death.
