Traditional rulers, clergy, family members, political leaders, dignitaries and well-wishers on Sunday, July 26th, converged at the Arena Events Centre, Government Residential Area (GRA), Port Harcourt, for a grand reception in honour of the 70th birthday of His Royal Majesty, King Agolia A. Omoni XII, the Amanyanabo of Ancient Ke Kingdom.
The colourful event celebrated the monarch’s seven decades of life, distinguished leadership and unwavering commitment to the peace, unity and development of Ancient Ke Kingdom.
The reception attracted prominent personalities from across Rivers State and beyond, who joined the royal family in paying glowing tributes to the revered traditional ruler for his exemplary service, wisdom and enduring contributions to his people.
Guests were treated to vibrant cultural performances, musical entertainment and traditional displays that showcased the rich cultural heritage of Ancient Ke Kingdom. The atmosphere was one of celebration as speakers reflected on the King’s remarkable reign and his role in fostering harmony, preserving tradition and promoting community development.
