The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO),  Lagos State Police Command, Dolapo Badmus, has confirmed the mysterious death of a policeman, Sergeant GodsPower Okoro, attached to Alausa Divison.
He stated  that detectives from Ojodu Division “visited, examined and photographed the scene.
“No mark of violence was found on the body. The corpse was removed and deposited at Mainland General hospital.Â
The lifeless body of Sergeant Okoro, was found in his room in Ojodu area of the state on Sunday morning by his fiancée, when she went visiting .
Our source revealed that the deceased who was in his 40s, had  called his fiancée on phone, Saturday afternoon to complain about being weak.
The cause of his death could, however, not be ascertained and there was reportedly no gunshot injury or marks  to suggest violence.
