The Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Rivers State Sustainable Development Agency (RSSDA), Larry Pepple, has resigned.
This resignation is coming less than a week after staff of the Agency organised a march to demand for the payment of salaries and allowances

Africa update gathered that the intervention agency under the Nyesom Wike led state government has suffered neglect with staff being owed 24 months salaries and other activities including foreign scholarship schemes suspended .
Sources disclosed that all efforts made by top management to interface with the state government regarding the plight of workers had reportedly not yielded any result .
