Multiple award winning Nigerian music star David Adeleke popularly known by his stage name ‘Davido’ who graduated from Babcock University, Ilisan Remo, Ogun state in 2015 with a second class upper from the school’s music department shared photos of him proudly donning the full National Youth Service Corps(NYSC) kit on his instagram handle
with the caption ‘Otondo OBO…tying up every loose end’.
His girlfriend Chioma Avril Rowland (ChefChi) also took to instagram to share videos of the excited star in the National Youth Service Corps uniform.
The National Youth Service Corps is an organization set up by the Nigerian Government to involve the country’s graduates in the development of the country and the 25-year-old singer is one of the latest ‘otondo’ in town as he joins the recent batch of corps members for the mandatory 3 weeks orientation at NYSC camp.
This maybe coming 3 years after he graduated from the university but it’s not everyday we get to see a ‘celebrity otondo’ and it’s never too late for one to serve his country.
