The Governing Council of Captain Elechi Amadi Polytechnic has been dissolved by the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, Africa Update has learnt. The notice of the dissolution which takes mmediate effect, was contained in a Government Special Announcement, signed by the Commissioner for Education, Professor. Prince Chinedu Mmom JP.
The special announcement reads: “The Rivers State Governor Chief. Barr. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike (CON,GSSRS, POS Africa) has dissolved the Governing Council of Captain Elechi Amadi Polytechnic with immediate effect.
All properties of the School in their possession should be handed over to the School management.”
