EFCC invades Okorocha’s house

The Operatives of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Tuesday, invaded the Abuja residence of former Imo State Governor, and All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential aspirant, Rochas Okorocha.

According to the former governor’s aide, the operatives, who stormed the house in Maitama without an arrest warrant, insisted on forcefully taking him away.

The aide, who didn’t want to be mentioned, claimed the operation is targeted at stopping the former governor from attending the APC presidential screening.

This is coming 48 hours after Okorocha hosted other presidential aspirants from the Southeast, where they forged an alliance ahead of the presidential primaries.
