The Managing Director of the State owned Micro Finance Bank, Ipalibo Sogules and two others have been sacked over alleged fraud. A statement signed today and released to the media by the Commissioner for Information and Communications, Paulinus Nsirim reads: Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has approved the dismissal of the Managing Director, Rivers State Micro Finance Agency, Dr. Ipalibo Walson Sogules for fraud. Also dismissed from the Agency for the same offence are: the Head, SMEs, Mr. Nimi Harry, Head( Finance and Accounts), Mr. Ukele Okorji and the Internal Auditor, Mr. Sofiri Koko. Other Heads of Departments of the Agency are to be arrested for further investigations.
