The All Progressives Congress, APC, ward 3 chairmanship candidate, Jeremiah Ogboveta, has been killed by gunmen suspected to be assassins.
The gunmen had committed the nefarious act on saturday morning, at Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta state.
