At about 8:30pm on tuesday two people were confirmed dead at Omoku, Rivers state following a renewed cult clash in the area, the perpetrators fled on arrival of Police.
A Spokesperson of the rivers state police command Nnamdi Omoni confirmed this and said the police is investigating the killers of the two people. He also said there is no need for residents of Omoku to panic that the situation is under control and that ample security personnels are present to ensure that there isnt any cause for alarm.
