Residents of Adeleye Aparadija Itele Ota Road, in Ogun State were horrified to discover the butchered corpse of a woman at about 3:45pm on Thursday.
Africa update gathered that the victim was gruesomely murdered by her son, who had requested for his meal, which he did not eat but rather allegedly stabbed his mother to death.
Neighbors and sympathizers are speculating that the suspect, who is in police custody at Itele police station, may have suddenly gone insane which led to the murder of his mother.
The butchered corpse was taken to the mortuary.
