Fast forward, Kemi Adeosun former commissioner in ogun state and so called federal Minister so innocent looking and fraudulent at heart allegedly not exempted by NYSC which is a criminal offence punishable by law yet sitting on the purse of the nation,the ruling party, presidency and NYSC have kept mute.
Adeleke of osun state the anointed pdp gubernatorial candidate wrote NECO when NECO was not in existence and finally when the original results was unearthed it was discovered that he was a F9 parallel graduate.
The judge in delivering his verdict gave a strange interpretation that our constitution did not specify certification but attendance and in as much as there were gross misconduct he gave judgment in his favor. The issue of forgery was not brought before the court. This reminded me of Amaechi and Omehia where it was interpreted that we voted for party and not candidate ditto Wike’s case at the Supreme Court where we were reminded that the use of card reader or any other electronic voting device was in our constitution.
