Sea Pirates attack: Kula monarch summons emergency stakeholders meeting ( see list)

Worried by the recent spate of attacks by sea pirates long the Kula creeks,which would have resulted in the death of the Chairman, National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Rivers State and Chairman, NYCN forum of State Chairmen, Amb. Sukubo Sara-Igbe Sukubo and Chairman, Petroleum Tax Force, Rivers State, Hon. Kenneth Dan Opusingi, last week, the Amayanabo of Kula, HRH Dr. Kroma Amabibi Eleki (Sara XIV), has summoned an emergency meeting of stakeholders from the community.

The monarch said, ‘ consequently, I am summoning a crucial meeting slated for Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 2 p.m, at my Port Harcourt residence. The following should endeavor to attend; All members of kula council of chiefs, Past Vice Chairmen of Akuku Toru Local Government Council from Kula, present and past compound heads, Kula community development committee members, past kula youth Presidents, Hon. Christian Don Pedro, Comrade Kenneth, Godwin Ikalama, Kula youth executives, Mr. Sopakriba Igbigi and Mr. Karibo Alalibo’.

You will recall that the attack on Sukubo and Opusingi, led to the death of a Chief and one other person, while scores were reportedly injured.
