Chief Magistrate Andrew Jaja has summoned the Rivers State Commissioner of Police and Attorney General of Rivers state to appear before the court March 3, to show course why 40 pro-biafra agitators should not be granted bail.
The 40 pro-biafra agitators were amongst 65 others arrested by the police, during a rally in Port Harcourt in support of the United States President Donald Trump.
The agitators who are remanded in prison custody, are standing trial on two count charge of conspiracy to commit felony and treasonable felony.
The Chief Magistrate however, granted bail to one of the agitators, Mr. Emmanuel Nnamani on health ground.
