At the Executive Chamber of Government House, in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State Capital, Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, has sworn in three new commissioners, on Friday.
They are Professor Zacchaeus Adangor, who returned to his previous office as Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice; Isaac Kamalu, also returned to his previous office as Commissioner of Finance, Budget and Economic Planning and Dr. George-Kelly Dakorinama Alabo, who was Special Adviser on Special Duties, took the oath of office to become Commissioner for Works and Special Projects.
Similarly, Governor Wike has reappointed Emeka Woke as Chief of Staff, a position he has held since the inception of the Wike led Administration in 2015.
