No fewer than Five persons have been badly burnt when a gas explosion occurred at the Port Harcourt shopping mall on Wednesday, June 12.
It was gathered that the explosion occurred at about 4p:m at the continental cuisines’ kitchen, a section within the mall
An eye witness told Africa Update that, “The fire incident happened around 4:00 p.m. There was a
“The fire burnt about five of the workers badly. In fact, one of the victims’ skin was peeling off like burnt clothes as he cried, I couldn’t watch, to be honest.”
The victims were said to have been taken to the Rivers State University Teaching Hospital where they are currently receiving treatment.
