A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC and Kalabari born Prince, Tonye Princewill, has released documents obtained from the court, portraying the true position of the ruling by a Port Harcourt High Court presided over by Justice Adolphus Enebeli, granting the police authority to investigate the Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Felix Obuah, over allegations relating to cult groups in Omoku.
A statement made available to Africa Update, debunked recent statement credited to the Special Adviser to Rivers PDP Chairman, Obuah, on Media and Publicity, Jerry Needam, stating that claims ‘that a court had ordered the police to arrest him were malicious and not a true reflection of what transpired in court’.
Princewill advised the Rivers PDP Chairman to stop deceiving the public and face the law.
