A video has surfaced online exposing the alleged atrocities of officials of the Nigerian Police Special Unit kknown as the Special Anti Robbery Squad, SARS.
According to the online report, SARS officials reportedly blew up the testicles and penises of persons accused of kidnapping in Abia State .
The undated video taken by a member of SARS shows how men arrested for kidnapping are shot in their private parts and chained to police vehicles where they are left to die a slow painful death.
