The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni says the Lagos State Police Command has commenced manhunt for a notorious kidnap kingpin, Evans.
The police boss made the disclosure while addressing newsmen following the arrest of two suspects believed to be members of the notorious criminal gang at Igando and the successful rescue of a white man from the criminal’s den.
He said the police swooped on the gang’s hideout with information provided by a kidnapped victim who escaped.
 Operatives of anti-kidnapping  recovered four AK47 rifles, scores of ammunition and other dangerous weapons.
Evans, is said to be on the wanted list of Police commands in the southern part of the country.
