Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike, has approved the appointment of key government officials. A statement signed on December 23, by the Commissioner for Information and Communications, Paulinus Nsirim, reads: His Excellency, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, Governor of Rivers State has approved the following appointments: 1. Mr. Siminalaye Fubara, former Permanent Secretary, Government House (Accountant-General) 2. Sir Dagogo Abere( Permanent Secretary)
All the appointments take immediate effect. The new Permanent Secretary will be sworn-in tomorrow, Thursday, December 24, 2020 at the Executive Council Chambers, Government House at 3p.m. .
